Covert or disguised monitoring and recording are not permitted. It is prohibited to use the platform, equipment, and related services to monitor a person without their consent, or to monitor an entity or object without the owner’s permission.
The use of the AGROMET platform is prohibited where such use violates the law. It is the user’s responsibility to use the platform in accordance with the applicable legal provisions governing its use.
It is prohibited to automatically send requests to the AGROMET platform, to attempt to circumvent the platform’s authentication measures, or to engage in any actions that harm the platform.
User accounts, licenses, and usage rights may not be transferred.
